About Me

I’m an ADHD Coach. I understand how an ADHD brain works, and the strengths and challenges that can come with that. I have 10 years experience of working with others who are neurodivergent, supporting clients to find ways to work with their brain rather than against it.

My specialist areas are:

  • Working with University students

  • AuDHD (Autism and ADHD)

  • Parenting with ADHD

  • Perimenopause and ADHD

Why ADHD Coaching?

What is unique about ADHD Coaching?

ADHD Coaching is tailored for an ADHD brain. I can work with you to develop strategies to reduce overwhelm, improve focus and support you to reach your goals, but most importantly, I get it!

Often people are given an ADHD diagnosis, or added to the waiting list for an assessment, and that’s it, other than medication no further support is given. Coaching can be a space to explore what your ADHD means for you, how it impacts you, and how to work with your ADHD rather than against it.

Coaching can give you a space to reflect on what is currently working for you and what isn’t

It supports you to identify barriers and take steps to overcome these, and provides accountability to help you achieve your goals.

How much is ADHD Coaching?

I have various packages available, please contact me and we can discuss what might be suitable for you. ADHD Coaching is often funded through Access to Work, which is also applicable for self-employed people with ADHD (of which there are many, we’re a creative bunch generally!)
